شرکت نانو سبزآوران طوبی با استفاده از اساتید نخبه موسسه تحقیقات گیاه پزشکی و کارشناسان پژوهشی متخصص و با تجربه در جهت رفع نيازهای راهبردی کشور آغاز به کار نموده است. رسالت اصلی شرکت طوبی حفظ سلامت انسان، دام و محیط زیست از طریق تولید آفتکش های گیاهی سازگار با محیط زیست برای کنترل آفات کشاورزی و دامی می باشد. به عبارت دیگر کنترل آفات توسط ترکیبات عاری ازسموم شیمیایی در سرلوحه برنامه های این شرکت قرار دارد. این شرکت با استفاده از فناوری های نو در عرصه کنترل آفات با قابلیت تلفیق با کنترل بیولوژیک موفق به عرضه محصولات جدیدی شده است. استفاده از آفتکش های بیولوژیک و گیاهی به همراه سایر روش های کنترل بيولوژيک گامی بزرگ در توليد محصولات کشاورزی سالم به شمار می رود. حشره کش های گياهی تهیه شده از انواع مواد موثره گیاهی می باشند که با فرمولاسيون نوین می تواند ضمن حفظ خاصيت مواد موثره خود در محيط؛، کارايی بالايی در کنترل و مديريت آفات کشاورزی داشته باشد. از محصولات تجاری این شرکت تحت عنوان آفتکش گیاهی لیکو پست و فیتوتوکس معرفی شده ‎اند. این ترکیبات به دليل اثرات حشره کشی روی آفات مختلف و خطرات کم آن برای انسان و پستانداران جايگزين مناسبی برای سموم شيميايی در کنترل آفات محسوب می شوند.
